How many seasons does Demon Slayer have?

The first episode of the anime version of Demon Slayer came out on April 6, 2019, and the 26 episodes of the first season ended on September 28, 2019. All of the episodes aired as part of a single season that ran for almost six months without any breaks. This is a bit unusual, as most anime series are split into two seasons of 10-15 episodes each, based on how many episodes are in the whole series. On October 10, 2021, the season 2 of Demon Slayer began to air. The anime series Demon Slayer continues in the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train. It was directed by Haruo Sotozaki and based on a screenplay credited to the Ufotable firm, and it premiered on October 16, 2020 in Japan. The film earned over $388 million worldwide, making it the highest-grossing non-English film of all time and the seventh highest-grossing traditional animation film of all time. In Japan, it became the highest-grossing film of all time. It was so well received that it was entered into the best animated movie category at the 93rd Academy Awards.
